Salon - Things to Remember
- All day spa and salon multiple appointments require use of a credit card. Appointments can be canceled without charge 24 hours in advance. We reserve the right to fully charge the clients for late arrivals or missed appointments.
- We are pleased to accommodate groups as availability permits. We will allow for special group reservations in a private setting if desired. Advance notice is strongly recommended.
- When making an appointment with the Spa and Salon Coordinator, please inform them of any significant health issues, allergies, or if you are pregnant.
- Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled services.
- The Spa provides robes, slippers, and towels.
- Please protect valuables before your arrival. The Spa and Salon will not be held responsible for these items.
- We respectfully request all pagers and cell phones to be turned off.
- The spa is a non-alcoholic and non-smoking environment.
- We do not allow children age 12 and younger in the spa.
- Gratuities are greatly appreciated and envelopes may be found at the front desk.
- We accept cash, checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Pileggi on the Square gift certificates.
- There are no refunds on products or gift certificates.
- Gift cards do not expire, are non refundable and cannot be redeemed for gratuities. The Day Spa and Salon at Pileggi on the Square is not responsible for unauthorized use or loss of a gift card. Prices subject to change.
