We want to assure you that we take the health and well-being of our community,  Guests, and Associates very seriously. Like you, we're closely monitoring the ongoing effects of the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19, we have put in place the necessary protocols in the salon to protect and care for those who work with us, our customers, and the public.

Some things to know before your post-COVID visit:

  • We will take your temperature using a contactless thermometer upon entry into the salon. If your temperature is 99 degrees or higher we will have to ask you to reschedule your appointment for at least 3 days after the fever has passed.

  • If you are feeling unwell before your appointment we request you reschedule.

  • If you have traveled to a COVID hot spot, or have come from a State recommended by PA  for self-quarantine (see list HERE) please reschedule your appointment 14 days after your return to Pennsylvania.

  • Face masks are required at all times in the salon. We have disposable masks available for you at no charge in place of yours should you wish not to risk ruining it in the salon.

  • We also have a waiver for all clients to sign that explains the risks involved with receiving salon services during this pandemic.

  • We respectfully request you leave all pets at home. Service animals are excluded and are always allowed in the salon in accordance with ADA guidelines.

  • We ask that you limit the amount of personal items you bring with you into the salon.

  • Only Guests with an appointment will be permitted in the salon, please do not bring any friends or relatives with you if they are not receiving a service. At this time, we are not permitted to offer walk-in service.

  • We will no longer be offering any coffee, tea, water, or food as per Pennsylvania mandates. You may bring a drink with you, but no food is allowed in the salon.

  • Please practice social distancing in the salon maintaining at least 6 feet from other Guests and Associates as much as possible.

  • Please wash your hands or use the hand sanitizer provided throughout the salon frequently during your visit.

Sanitation Protocols

  • We wipe down and sanitize chair and station between each Guest.

  • We sanitize our tools using Barbicide.

  • We use fresh towels, smocks,and capes for each Guest. 

  • Sinks are cleaned out and sanitized directly after a client is washed and throughout the day.

Our Coffee Bar and Refreshment Station has been removed until further notice. Clients are encouraged to bring their own drinks. No food will be allowed or offered in the salon.

Magazines will no longer be allowed or offered in the salon. Pictures from Pinterest and the internet will continue to inspire. Clients will be encouraged to utilize their own electronic devices during their visit. All devices must be sanitized upon entry into the salon.

Common Areas and Restroom

These areas will be sanitized several times a day including doorknobs, light switches and toilet. Please be courteous when using the facilities and make sure you dispose of trash and recyclables responsibly.

  • No congregating at the desk is permitted. Practice social distancing whenever possible.

  • Sanitation protocols for Reception desk includes wiping all surfaces clean throughout the day and between shifts.

  • Sanitize keyboards regularly. 

  • Hand sanitizers will be available throughout the salon.

We are all in this together. We will continue to monitor the COVID-19 situation and will follow guidance from public health officials and government agencies, so we can continue to support our staff, guests, and communities as needed.
